These Terms and Conditions incorporate our Copyright Notice and Disclaimer, which, together with our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Usage Policy, apply to your use of the OSL websites. We offer a free service to tenants. We are remunerated by way of a referral fee by the landlords advertising their properties on our site.

Intending potential tenants/licensees should not rely on them as statements or representations of facts and prior to entering into any agreement, we recommend that intending potential tenants/licensees satisfy themselves by inspection or otherwise. OSL and its employees do not have any authority to make or give representations or warranties in relation to these properties. All prices and rents quoted are net of VAT or local taxes. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

4. Claims

Any contract you may enter into for the rental of any property is between you and the other party to the contract, and not OSL. Any dispute you may have with the owner of a rental property is not the concern of OSL and you acknowledge that any claim in relation to such a dispute should be brought against the owner of the property in question directly and not against OSL. You agree to indemnify us for any loss we may suffer as a result of your attempting to take action against us on the basis of such a contract.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted at law, Office Space London Ltd is providing this website and its contents on an “as is” basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this web site or the information, content, materials or products included in this site including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. These Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Usage Policy shall be governed by English law. The English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy.
